Oh, the damage water can do! For this job we had to dig below the ground about ­­­4 feet to knock out the existing, damaged, concrete block and replace it with new block, and sealed it with foundation tar. The water runoff was directed towards the foundation. Overtime, this undermines the concrete block. Due to this damage, the garage floor and sidewalk to the front door had both started to shift and crack. We tore out the existing concrete in these places and poured a new garage floor and sidewalk. Finishing the whole job off with a new garage door!
