Meet Our Team
Joseph Nally
Joseph has been in the construction industry since the age of 19, where he has spent years learning all aspects of the trades. Hands on experience from building new homes start to finish to simple bath renovations he has developed a passion for the business and the people and teamwork that make it all happen.
James Gildea
James or “Jim” has always been a hands on learner, his keen eye and patience for the details has developed him into a tremendous craftsman. He has developed fine tuned skills working side by side with a custom woodworker and brings that experience to every jobsite.Â
Matthew Steepe
After graduating high school, Matt decided that maybe he can develop faster by learning hands on. He joined our team in December of 2018 and since has proactively pursued all the knowledge and experience. He can learn quickly how the pieces of a project come together and why it’s done the way it is!
Anne Fazio
As a full time student enrolled in business courses, Anne is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, and many other office tasks of our business! She works onsite occasionally and is currently learning all she can about construction processes, building science, and how we can stay organized!
